1. Overview
At AR Globe Tech Services, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality fire safety products. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be processed for the Agnikawach Fire Extinguisher Ball and other products sold by us.
2. Eligibility for Returns
A return request may be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Product received is damaged during transit.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product received with manufacturing defects.
- Product received in a non-functional condition.
The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
- Product returned without original packaging and accessories.
- Return request raised after 48 hours from delivery.
- Products damaged after successful delivery and acceptance by the customer.

Approved returns must be shipped back as instructed by our support team.
5. Replacement Policy
If the return request is approved and the product is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we may provide:
- A replacement product of the same model, or
- An alternative solution deemed appropriate by AR Globe Tech Services.
Replacement delivery timelines may vary depending on stock availability.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only in the following situations:
- Product is unavailable for replacement.
- Order is cancelled before shipment.
- Return request is approved and replacement cannot be provided.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer after obtaining the customer’s bank details.
7. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
After Shipment
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and will be governed by the return policy stated above.
8. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable.
- In cases where the return is due to our error (wrong product, defective item, or transit damage), return shipping costs may be borne by AR Globe Tech Services.
9. Limitation of Liability
AR Globe Tech Services reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any replacement or refund request. The company’s decision regarding product condition and eligibility shall be final.
